Hair Juice For Hair Loss

1 banana
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup watercress
2 kiwi fruits
1 dessertspoon ground flaxseeds

*Iron and beta carotene/vitamin A - improve overall health of hair and iron deficiency can result in hair loss
*Vitamin C - strengthens hair and adds shine
*Silica - helps thicken hair and is in bananas - good for dry, itchy scalp. Silica helps thicken hair. It can also be found in oats and peppers.
*Omega 3 essential fatty acids in oily fish and flaxseeds - deficiency can lead to dry scalp and dull hair
